I had been searching for months for the perfect emerald stone for my engagement ring and spoke with many dealers both in Sydney and overseas before I finally came across Mauro at Colonial Gemstones.

I recently bought a beautiful emerald gemstone from Colonial Emeralds, initially Mauro had sent me a gemstone through post but when I physically saw it I wasn't entirely happy but Mauro was kind enough to take it back and sent me a different gemstone. He made sure that I was completely happy it. Mauro also provided a certificate of authenticity, assuring me of its natural origin, packaging was secure. Excellent experience. I really enjoyed selecting the stones and working with Mauro to achieve the desired design. The process is nice and quick from describing the design, to receiving the sketch, making minor tweaks and then making the ring.
The photo does not do the ring justice! In real life it sparkles and the deep green emeralds are nice and clear.
Thoroughly recommend!
