- This competition (“Competition”) is organized by Colonial Gemstones.
- Participation is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and above.
- The competition commences on 03/05/2024 and concludes on 31/05/2024 at midnight (“Entry Period”). All times and dates are in Sydney, which may be AEST or AEDT depending on the date.
- The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual believed to have violated any of these conditions or engaged in unlawful or improper conduct.
Entry:
- To participate, entrants must sign up for the Colonial Gemstones newsletter by submitting their First Name, Last Name, Email and postcode via the competition form at https://colonialgemstones.com/uk-may-2024-competition.

- Incomplete or invalid entries will be considered void.
- Each valid entrant during the Entry Period will be automatically entered into the prize draw for that Competition period.

Prize
The selected winner will receive set of earrings studs with emeralds and 18k Yellow Gold, valued at GBP $1500 + free shipping
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Shipping or delivery costs are not included in the prize. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
Winner
- The winner will be randomly selected by Colonial Gemstones at the end of the Entry Period.
- Winners will be notified via email and announced on Instagram @colonial_gem within 2 days of the draw.
