We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Please email contact@colonialgemstones.com for your return authorisation and instructions for the items you wish to return. Loose Stones will be provided with 14 Days Refund Policy.

Once returned, the item/s will be inspected by our Expert team before a credit or refund is applied. You will be notified by email of the transaction and instructions.

Stones that has been preordered, change size of the original stone or we needed to source the rough material the the specific work, this refund policy will no apply.

Earrings are not able to be returned for hygienic reasons.

If the items are found to be worn, scratched, altered or damaged no credit note or refund will be issued and the items will be returned to the original delivery address.
